Good quality, well made and comfortable, but quite tight at the top. Too tight to fold over my calf, so puts a little bit of pressure on the tendon below my patella. My kids have this in smaller sizes and they are perfectly happy. I would recommend.

Foot part of sock is huge I ordered 12-2 and my son is a 1.5 and I could easily fit my foot in it’s that wide and I’m a size 6 great if you have very wide feet not if you have average feet, great quality and feel lovely and thick but no good due to size

I ordered these as I was looking for some knee-high compression socks in my run club colours and these seemed perfect for the price. The sizing was a bit strange: I take 6.5 (UK) in running shoes but went for the "junior 3-6" as figured the next size, 'senior 7-12" would be too large. I hoped they wouldn't be too small. However, when I opened the packaging I could see immediately that they were, far from.being too small, in fact very large, especially in the foot. Indeed, if there was an opposite to compression socks, these would be them. Nonetheless I tried them on in the hope that some strange magic might occur, and once I stopped laughing, calling family members to look and laughing some more, I took some pictures and decided I'd better send them back. I wish I'd read the reviews rather than just looked at the ratings, which seem to be a bit confused. My partner tells me that Optimum are normally a good brand (for rugby gear at least) so perhaps this was a dodgy batch, but if that's the case, perhaps the sellers could check them and remove from distribution. The only good thing was that on initiating the return, this was authorised immediately with no quibbles or even a need to return the socks. Not sure what we'll do with these though; maybe we can use them as Christmas stockings?
